The event, inaugurated by Principal Mrs. Trishla Shah, showcased remarkable talent and sportsmanship among the participating teams. The four competing teams, Blue Tigers FC, Goenkan FC, Spartans FC, and Ninja Boys FC, brought their A-game to the tournament, delivering thrilling matches that kept the audience on the edge of their seats. In the first round, featuring students from classes 5 and 6, Spartans FC clashed with Ninja Boys FC. Abhay from Ninja Boys FC scored a goal, but Govind of Spartans FC secured two goals, leading Spartans FC to victory with a 1-goal difference. In the second round, the momentum persisted as students in grades 7 to 9 displayed their prowess. Dhruv and Arihant found the net once each for the blue tigers. Sparsh, with an admirable tally of 2 goals, and Virat, adding another 2 goals, steered Goenkan FC to a resounding triumph, securing a commanding 4-goal advantage. GD Goenka Public School community celebrated the spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and dedication displayed by all the participants.
